Initial consultation with Gina to discuss your health and wellness goals and how you can move forward to create a life you love.
You will meet one-on-one with Gina for an hour-long session to privately discuss your medical health history, current eating and exercise patterns, and what you would like to see for yourself in terms of your health and wellness.
At the end of your session, you will have the opportunity to learn more about Gina’s programs and which one would best help you achieve the health and wellness goals you have defined for yourself.
It is not everyday you get one hour to yourself, let alone take the time to talk about your own needs and wants.
Gina works with clients from across the country. Programs can be done in-person or via telecommunications.
