The Initial Breakthrough Session is the first step to working in one of Gina’s private coaching programs.

You will meet one-on-one with Gina for an hour-long session to privately discuss your medical health history, current eating and exercise patterns, and what you would like to see for yourself in terms of your health and wellness.


  • Identify areas of challenge
  • Explore all aspects of your life
  • Uncover obstacles getting in the way of you attaining your health and wellness goals
  • Understand what it would mean to live a healthy, balanced, vibrant life

At the end of your session, you will have the opportunity to learn more about Gina’s programs and which one would best help you achieve the health and wellness goals you have defined for yourself.
