Super Simple Garlic Dill Salmon

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 pounds salmon
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1 lemon, sliced in half
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Evenly spread garlic over salmon. Season with dill, salt, and pepper. Squeeze lemon juice over salmon.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes or until fish reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
