INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 pounds salmon
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 lemon, sliced in half
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Evenly spread garlic over salmon. Season with dill, salt, and pepper. Squeeze lemon juice over salmon.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until fish reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
