Skinnytaste’s Flourless Chocolate Brownies

This PB2 Flourless Chocolate Brownie from caught my eye a few weeks ago. I love following the Skinnytaste blog–Gina does a great job creating delicious recipes that are healthy and that keep calories in check. Plus, she has a great name (wink, wink).

This brownie recipe is flourless, gluten-free, and contains no oil or butter–that is something to smile about! I have a lot of friends at work that follow a gluten-free diet and I can’t wait to bring these to our next potluck lunch.

These brownies are good on their own but a scoop of vanilla ice cream takes them to the next level. You know how peanut butter goes with jelly? Well, that is how I feel about brownies and ice cream. I have even converted my husband into a lover. Enjoy!

Dairy-free: Look for dairy-free chocolate chips. I like the brand Enjoy Life.
