INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut water
- 2-3 celery stalks
- 1 cucumber, ends removed
- 2 cups spinach leaves
- 1 small green apple or 1 small green pear
- 1/2 avocado
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/4″ piece of ginger root, skin removed
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend all ingredients together. Add more coconut water for thinner consistency.
