INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 2-3 celery stalks
  • 1 cucumber, ends removed
  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 1 small green apple or 1 small green pear
  • 1/2 avocado
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4" piece of ginger root, skin removed

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients together. Add more coconut water for thinner consistency.
