Fried Plantains

If you are looking for a grain-free way to enjoy carbohydrates with your breakfast, Fried Plantains are where it’s at! They are super easy to make, reheat well, and are quite tasty. I have been enjoying them alongside of eggs, bacon, and greens lately. They would also make a good topping for almond butter toast or yogurt.
