INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup cooked brown rice
- 2 cups broccoli
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
- 6 peeled and deveined raw shrimp
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons 365 Organic Soy Ginger Sauce or sauce of choice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Steam broccoli, carrots, and onion for 10 minutes or until tender.
- Heat oil to medium heat in saute pan. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked. Cut tail off shrimp. Dice shrimp into bite size pieces.
- Put rice, vegetables, shrimp and Asian sauce into a container. Cover and shake well. Pour mixture into a bowl.
