INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup cooked brown rice
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
  • 6 peeled and deveined raw shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons 365 Organic Soy Ginger Sauce or sauce of choice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Steam broccoli, carrots, and onion for 10 minutes or until tender.
  2. Heat oil to medium heat in saute pan. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked. Cut tail off shrimp. Dice shrimp into bite size pieces.
  3. Put rice, vegetables, shrimp and Asian sauce into a container. Cover and shake well. Pour mixture into a bowl.
