Which breaks my heart because there are so many amazing moms out there who deserve to have off-the-charts energy, feel like a 10 in their jeans, and be healthy for the long haul.

(Quite frankly, their families would benefit too… When women care for their own needs, they show up as better wives, moms, and people.)

I’ve lost 13 lbs, my clothes fit better, and I have more energy. Gina’s support and insight into so many areas of life was outstanding.

I wanted to work with Gina because I was tired of feeling disgusted with myself and having to buy clothes in a larger size, especially when I know what a healthy weight is for me. The results were more than I expected them to be.

Be honest… Does any of this sound familiar?

You’re so exhausted from the constant shuffle of laundry, cooking, cleaning, and chauffeuring that you lean on your daily Starbucks habit, mid-afternoon Diet Coke, and post-dinner snack of chips or cookies to get you through the day and know it’s not good for your health or waistline.

You try to do the “right things,” like drinking green juice, cooking low-calorie dinners, or eating small meals throughout the day, but you never feel satisfied, are hangry more often than not, and can’t get the scale to budge.

You go through spurts of eating strict meals like eggs and avocado or grilled chicken and vegetables, but the moment your family orders pizza or hits the Chik-fil-A drive-thru, all “good choices” go out the window and you find yourself unable to say no to all the foods you had been restricting and then feel guilty about it.

You’ve tried all of the different fad diets out there, like keto or intermittent fasting, and while they work for a short time, you always “fall off the wagon” and gain the weight back.

You start each week with the intention to eat healthy and exercise. Still, as soon as Monday morning hits, you’re off to the races packing lunches, getting kids to school, grocery shopping, and catching up on chores that you find yourself skipping the gym and leaning on snacks like cheese and crackers or scraps from your kids’ plates for meals and know that it’s keeping you from your desired health goals.

You manage other areas of your life so well but can’t seem to gain control of your eating and want a doable plan that you can actually follow in this busy season of life.

Here’s the thing… It’s not your fault.

You’ve been set up to fail.

As a mom, you're often pushed to max capacity with all the continuous demands, like laundry, grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, and driving your kids to and from activities.

Not to mention the invisible load of motherhood you carry, like remembering appointments, keeping track of which kid likes what sandwich from Jimmy John’s, holding space for your kids’ big emotions, and making time for your husband, friends, and work.

You’re so freaking exhausted by it all that it’s no wonder you rely on quick fixes like sugar, caffeine, and junk food to get you through the day.

While these things may get you past the “I want to close my eyes and take a nap” hump, they leave you feeling more tired on the backend, may add unnecessary weight to your body, and don’t do anything for your health.

You finally hit a breaking point of feeling so drained and unhappy in your body that you turn to Google and search for a “diet” to help you fix it.

Chances are, you walked away from that Google search feeling more confused than what you started.

One page told you to do keto, and the other page told you to become a vegan.

Maybe you’ve even tried to follow one of these diets, but you couldn’t stick with it long-term.

Here’s the thing

diets don’t work for three main reasons:
