I want to share some of my favorite pics from the “How to Stop Your Cravings and Start Living a Healthier Life” workshop.
Before I get to the pictures, I want to say a quick thank you to all of the ladies who attended the workshop today and to B on the River for providing us with a cozy atmosphere, a warm cup of coffee and a healthy breakfast!
I can’t think of many other things I would rather be doing than sitting among friends with a cup of coffee and a yummy breakfast!
B on the River provided us with an awesome yogurt bar! I love a healthy yogurt parfait for breakfast!
My friend Katy helped me get a few action shots! Don’t be fooled by the serious face–there was a lot of laughing and fun that went on this morning!
We spent a lot of time talking about the different reasons why you have cravings and how you can take small steps to eliminate them! I think the women were surprised that I recommended incorporating a small healthy treat into everyday life, like dark chocolate.
My Aunt Sue made magnets all of the women who attended! She took a lot of my favorite sayings and beliefs and turned them into little keepsakes!
Keeping little reminders like this around your home or on your refrigerator helps to remind you of the important things in life!
Of course it is important what you put into your mouth but what is MORE important is that you are happy and satisfied in ALL areas of your life!
Just as I encouraged the ladies today, I encourage you to evaluate all areas of your life and see where there may be some imbalances, determine what areas could use a little work and ask yourself daily how you can bring more joy into your life!
Finding the right balance, along with eating wholesome foods, will set you up to live YOUR best life!
